64-bit versions of AmiBroker and AmiQuote available
We are proud to announce the release of probably world's first 64-bit technical analysis software platform.
64-bit versions of both AmiBroker and AmiQuote are available now from http://www.amibroker.com/x64/.
Main benefits of 64 bit versions include:
- performance increased by 25% compared to 32 bit edition running on the same machine
- ability to use physical memory (RAM) upto 1 TERA byte
- ability to use virtual memory upto 16 TERA bytes
To run this software you need to use 64-bit capable CPU and 64-bit edition of Windows.

what about UP-grading from Amibroker 4.7 32bit
Upgrading is just a matter of installing new version using new setup (http://www.amibroker.com/x64/). Please note that anyway on 64 bit Windows x64 programs are installed into different folder, so you would either modify installation folder in the setup program to overwrite your existing installation or copy all your formula files and databases from old directory to new one.
