Digital software downloads are not refundable
Digital downloads can not be physically returned or refunded. Once you download or receive software activation keys you lose your right to cancel. As we can not provide refunds on digital content please use free trial version to evaluate the software before purchase, so you can find out if it fits your particular needs.

When you don't have ZIP code
Certain territories (like Hong Kong) don't use ZIP codes. In that case please use 0000 or NA in the Zip code field. Keep in mind that when paying by PayPal, your PayPal address must match the address entered when placing the order
Value Added Tax (VAT) for European Union
Customers from European Union - your local VAT will be added if you live in the European Union member state.
Sales Tax in USA
Customers from USA: local state sales tax will be added for customers from certain states (where FastSpring has offices).
GST tax in India
Starting December 1, 2016, India tax law changes apply for non-resident sellers of electronic services or digitally downloadable products/services: in order to be compliant with these legal requirements, our merchant of record collects an India Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 18% for all sales to shoppers in India.
GST tax in Australia
Starting from July 2017, Australian tax law requires all overseas businesses (like FastSpring) to collect Australian GST at 10% on all digital services/products and remit to Australian Government (ATO).
Taxes in other countries (tax changes in 2020-21)
Recently, more and more countries start requesting VAT/GST tax on digital services.
In 2020/2021 the following countries added new taxation: Canada (Quebec) 9.975%, Canada (Saskatchewan) 6%, Colombia 19%, Iceland 24%, Japan 10%, Russia 20%, Saudi Arabia 15%, Singapore 7%, South Africa 15%, South Korea 10%, Turkey 18%, UAE 5%, United Kingdom 20%. Security
All orders are processed by FastSpring, all-in-one payment platform that acts as merchant / seller of record for AmiBroker products, using encrypted Secure Socket Layer connection, the same as used by all banks worldwide. Credit card information is only seen by your bank, for the authorization. We do not see and do not store your credit card details.
